Volunteer
A force that keeps Brisbane jazz in full swing
We’ve become a ‘go to’ destination in Brisbane City. As a not-for-profit organisation, we value the time and skills offered freely by people like you in our community. Become an essential part of the attraction by volunteering.
Many of our volunteers have been with us for years because they love being part of the jazz family. Soak up the vibe of live performances on a regular basis as you serve our patrons on show nights.
Volunteers experience more of the jazz world
These are typical areas in which our volunteers get involved:
- Door monitoring
– Meet and greet the guests
– Usher guests to their tables and explain the ‘ins and outs’ of the night
– Help as needed throughout a show night or festival
– Maintenance of clubhouse and grounds
Want to be part of something big?
1. Email us to let us know you’re interested, or to find out more.
2. We’ll contact you with details of a training session. There, you’ll learn more about the club, how we work and how you could help.
3. Once you’re a volunteer, you’ll select rostered times that suit you. For most volunteers, that’s one or two shifts a month.
